thunder into town, tear through set after set of foot-stomping, belly-rubbing,
good-timing music, then roll on to the next place with youthful abandon. From classic rock and country tunes to
boogie dancing 70’s funk, this group will get even the most reserved crowds on
their feet.
Ben Smith spent
years as a solo acoustic artist before forming Steel Horses with Trey Thompson.
After trials, tribulations (including the loss of a drummer to an
automobile accident), and several incarnations of the group, Ben and Trey
always lead a pack of musicians hungry to entertain. The recent addition of the Wilson brothers has pushed the band to
a new musical level, and drummer John Tombyll’s powerful, funky assault insists
that you get up and dance.

In the spirit of country legend Waylon Jennings, Steel Horses puts on a no-holds-barred
show, stopping at nothing to entertain their audience. Steel
